Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mulch Planner handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law (LOPDGDD).

What we collect

The calculators run entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent to us. We do not have accounts, forms or newsletters.

• Cookieless statistics: Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page views (page, referrer, country, device type) without cookies and without identifying you.
• Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent): if you click Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and an online identifier stored in a cookie. See the Cookie Policy.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Legal basis

Google Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the Cookie settings link. Hosting logs and cookieless statistics: our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and international transfers

Google Ireland Ltd. and Vercel Inc. act as processors. Data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC and Vercel Inc. under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Hosting logs are kept for the short period set by Vercel.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the email in the Legal Notice, and you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
